Restaurant “La Bussola” is now ready for innovation: a tasteful and creative cuisine preserving the tradition of a great pizza (takeaway too) at the same time. The menu is rich in culinary specialties with sea food such as Spaghetti with tuna Ventresca, three fish eggs or “3B” (with bottarga, salted codfish and burrata). Other specialties are: raw fish carpaccio, Elba style octopus, the “cacciucco” (spiced fish soup) and grilled shellfish.
