A pale beer produced with Schiopparello wheat. Commonly known as “La Biretta”, it is the typical drink taken during the appetizer in Portoferraio, to sip sitting at a waterfront table or paired with a fresh dinner or a great pizza.
The producer of “Biretta elbana” is “Le Due Palme”, a Portoferraio local farmhouse.
